From a young age I have always had a passion for Baking and Loved to learn how to create items that are unique, and made with Love and Care. Over the years, with lots of practice and making a mess in my Mam's Kitchen I have been able to build my own business to share my creations with others.
I enjoy all aspects of being in the Kitchen, so, after school I decided to go to DIT Culinary College to Study Culinary Entrepreneurship.
During my 3 years at college I gained many new skills in the Kitchen from savoury to sweet.
I soon realised I had a talent and a passion for making and decorating Cakes, my first creation was a real hit with Family and Friends so it all went from there.
I have to give special thanks to all my Family and Friends for their support and tastings so far.
So, i'm just a normal Girl from 'Crumlin' that followed a dream of being happy and building a successful business.
